Dr. Sanaz Valadi

With nearly two decades of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Sanaz Valadi is a trusted and compassionate dental professional known for her clinical excellence and patient-centered approach. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tehran in 2001 and successfully completed the Canadian National Dental Board Exams (NDEB) in 2015—all on her first attempt.
Dr. Valadi is a proud and active member of several professional organizations, including the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Canadian Dental Association (CDA), and the Iranian Ontario Dental Association (IODA).
Driven by her passion for delivering high-quality care, Dr. Valadi opened Sunset Dental Clinic in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Her vision is to provide comprehensive, modern, and personalized dental services in a warm, welcoming environment—together with a dedicated and professional team. She looks forward to helping every patient feel confident, comfortable, and proud of their smile.

With over 10 years of experience in both dental administration and chairside assisting, she brings a unique combination of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency to every aspect of our practice. As both our Office Manager and a Certified Dental Assistant, Joy plays a key role in ensuring each patient’s experience is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free—from the moment they walk in the door to the completion of their treatment.
Her warm personality and welcoming smile instantly put patients at ease, and her extensive knowledge of dental procedures allows her to confidently guide patients through their visits with care and clarity. Whether she’s assisting the clinical team, coordinating treatment plans, or answering your questions about insurance and scheduling, Joy is committed to making sure you feel informed, valued, and well cared for.

Dr. Ramtin Sadeghi
D.D.S. – Associate Dentist
Dr. Ramtin Sadeghi is a highly accomplished and passionate dental professional who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and precision to Sunset Dental Clinic. With a special interest in complex Endodontics (root canal treatments), prosthetics, pedodontics, restorative dentistry, laminate veneers, and surgical extractions, Dr. Sadeghi is known for delivering exceptional results in even the most challenging cases. His approach combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction.
Beyond his clinical excellence, Dr. Sadeghi has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of dentistry in Canada. For over a decade, he served as a National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) Practical Instructor, mentoring and guiding more than 400 dentists to successfully earn their licenses in Canada. His deep understanding of dental techniques, combined with his strong communication and teaching skills, has earned him immense respect among both peers and students alike.
Dr. Sadeghi’s teaching philosophy emphasizes hands-on training, meticulous attention to detail, and a supportive learning environment. His students frequently credit his mentorship as a defining factor in their professional growth and success.
